Prior Projects and Experience:
Kulaqua – (Florida Conference)
Camp Kulaqua is Florida’s Seventh-day Adventist camp center.
Over the last five years my amazing team and I have provided the following services for them:
– training of their service personnel (2013)
– consulting for their additional marketing and expansion into new markets (2014)
– spearheading in implementing their rebranding for new market acquisition in the adult retreat and conference market (2016 to present)
Project Background:
Kulaqua’s main demographic has historically been from youth camp and adult conferences. This specific market has seen substantial shrinkage in the last five years.
Scope of Services:
1) After our initial market research and consultation I proposed a plan to launch “Camp Kulaqua” into their new adult based target service market through augmented branding under “Kulaqua Retreat and Conference Center”. With the augmented branding instead of retargeting, I believed that we could leave their current children’s ministry intact while building out a completely separate branch of service within the adult market.
2) I spearheaded and implemented the entire augmented campaign and ran the team, working closely with Kulaqua’s appointed staff member to make sure that we stayed on track with their message, mission, and intended image portrayal of this new branch of ministry.
3) I, and my team, built the infrastructure to their website, created all the media, and all the text for their website, their promotional materials, and all of their images and graphics.
4) We then designed and spearheaded the implementation of their entire social media campaigns for each of their intended target markets, oversaw the creation of the promotional material and promotions within those target markets.
5) Finally, we focused on creating and implementing the automated section of the campaign, including lead tracking and visitor behavior for site optimization on both their new web presence and their youth targeted original web presence. The integrated system I set up automatically sorted and distributed the leads to their organization appropriately to alleviate the workload on the staff while making sure that each of the leads received the proper immediate attention necessary for client retention.
